User guide

Updated 19 October 2026

Lepka builds websites and web apps from a description. You tell it what you need, in writing or by voice, and Lepka comes up with the design, writes the text and code, and shows you the site as it works. Then you fine-tune it in the chat and publish it with a single click.

This guide covers everything Lepka can do, from your first website to your custom domain, leads and payment. If you can't find an answer here, just ask in your project's chat: Lepka will answer using this guide. Or message us via Contact & support.

In short: your first website in five steps

Log in with your email, describe your website, answer a couple of questions from Lepka, fine-tune your website in the chat and click Publish.

  1. On the home page, click Start for free and log in with the code from the email. You don't need a password.
  2. In the Describe what you want to create box, tell us about your business and the kind of website you need. Click the arrow to the right of the box.
  3. Lepka will show a card where you can choose a design and answer one or two questions. Answer them and click Continue, or don't choose anything and Lepka will decide for you.
  4. In 5–10 minutes, the first version is ready. Look at it in the preview and write in the chat what you'd like to change.
  5. Click Publish in the top right corner, and your website will be open to everyone at an address like name.lepka.cloud.

You can start for free, with no card needed: when you sign up, you get 20 welcome credits, and after that free daily credits: a day after you spend them, you get another 10. Find out more in the Credits section.

Login and account

Lepka has no passwords: you log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your account settings are in the menu at the top right.

How to log in

  1. Click Log in or Start for free at the top of the site.
  2. Enter your email, tick the box to consent to the processing of your personal data and click Get code.
  3. Enter the code from the email.

If your address looks like a typo (for example, "gmial.com" instead of "gmail.com"), Lepka will show a hint: "Check your address: did you mean …?" Click Fix or, if the address is right, No, the address is correct. You'll see the same hint for the email address that receives leads and in the support contact form.

The email usually arrives within a few seconds. If it hasn't, check your "Spam" and "Promotions" folders. After half a minute, you can click Resend. A code from any of your recent emails will work as long as it's still valid (15 minutes). If you made a mistake in your address, click Use another email.

Account menu

Click the account icon at the top right. In the menu:

  • My projects: all your websites and apps;
  • Plans & billing: credits, plan, credit packs, payment history;
  • Account & login security: your login email, emails from us and two-factor authentication;
  • theme: Light, Dark or System;
  • Log out.

Emails and two-factor authentication

On the Account & login security page:

  • Reminders and ideas for my websites: helpful tip emails. We'll remind you to publish a finished site and suggest ways to improve it, all in one email, even if you have several sites. If you haven't logged in for a while, we'll remind you about your site and tell you what's new in Lepka. You'll get no more than one a day, and you can turn them off right here. Emails about logging in, payments, your site being ready and leads from your websites are always sent.
  • Two-factor authentication: after the code from your email, Lepka will also ask for a code from an app on your phone. Even if someone gets into your email, they won't be able to log in to Lepka. Google Authenticator or "Passwords" on iPhone will work. Turn on Log in with an app code, scan the QR code with the app and save your backup codes. They'll help you log in if you don't have your phone to hand.

New project

Every new website or app starts with a description. The more you tell us about your business, the closer the first version will be to what you want.

  1. Open My projects or the home page. At the top, you'll see the Describe what you want to create box.
  2. Write what you need: your type of business and its name, your town or city, and the sections and features you want (prices, online booking, a shopping basket, a request form). You can also dictate it: use the microphone button Use your voice.
  3. If you have any materials, attach them with the picture button: photos, a logo, a screenshot of a website you like, a price list, or text in PDF, Word or Excel. Each file can be up to 15 MB.
  4. Click the arrow to the right of the box.

If you already have a similar project (started in the last 30 days), Lepka won't build a second one straight away. Instead, it will suggest carrying on in the existing one: just write what to add or change. The design stays the same, and an edit costs less than a new build. The window has three buttons:

  • Go back: opens your earlier project. Your new description and files will be in the message box, ready for you to send yourself;
  • Make a copy: makes a copy of your earlier project, just like in the project menu. Try a different version in the copy, and the original stays as it was. Your description will be in the copy's message box;
  • Start a new project: a brand-new project from scratch. This is another build and uses credits.

You'll see the same window if you send your description later, as a reply to the first card or as a second message. Before the first build, Lepka compares it with your earlier projects. If you chose Start a new project, Lepka won't ask again for this project. If the window appeared before the first build, Go back opens your earlier project with an empty message box. Just write what you want to change there.

To edit your own website ("add a link…", "make the header black"), write in that website's chat, not in the new project box. If a request like that is sent to a new, empty project, Lepka won't build anything. Instead, it will suggest opening your website in My projects, free of charge.

Example of a good description: "Website for the 'Smile' dental clinic in Manchester: services with prices, dentists, reviews, online appointment booking, address on a map."

Lepka can make more than business card websites and landing pages. From your description, it can build an online shop with a basket, online booking with an admin dashboard, a CRM, a customer account area, an online school, a calculator, a quiz or a mini-game.

A game opens right on your website's home page. For online multiplayer games where people take turns (noughts and crosses, a quiz) or share a leaderboard, Lepka uses Lepka Cloud, so you don't need third-party services like Firebase or their keys. Fast games where lots of players act at the same time (shooters, racing games) are too much for Lepka Cloud. In that case, Lepka will suggest a turn-based game or a shared leaderboard instead.

Mode: "Best" or "Economy"

Next to the message box, you can choose how Lepka works:

  • Best: top-quality photos (on by default);
  • Economy: simpler photos, but uses fewer credits.

Your choice is remembered in this browser and applies to all your messages to Lepka.

Lepka's questions and choosing a design

Before the first build, Lepka shows a card where you choose a design and answer one or two short questions. You don't have to choose anything; you can just click Continue. No credits are charged for answering the card.

Design options on the card:

  • Leave it to Lepka: a design tailored to your business. Sometimes Lepka shows the first screen of your site in three styles straight away: open the one you like and click Choose this option.
  • Ready-made template: a site from the catalogue. Lepka will keep its design and rewrite the text, photos and sections to suit your business. Templates that suit your business are shown right on the card; click the one you like. For the rest, use the All templates button.
  • Based on your example: attach pictures or screenshots, your logo or brand book, share a link to a site you like, or describe the style in words: colours, fonts, mood. Lepka will take the mood and ideas, but won't copy other people's text, logos or photos.

Answer the questions with the option buttons or in your own words. Type your business name in the field below the question, or if you don't have one yet, click "No name yet—come up with one". Then click Continue and Lepka will start building your site. Don't want to choose? Click Skip—let Lepka decide.

If you attached photos, screenshots or a logo right away, Lepka usually won't ask about the design and will base it on your materials.

Left without answering Lepka's question? In 15 minutes you'll get an email with a link so you can pick up where you left off. If the project still hasn't been started, you'll get one more reminder a day later.

How Lepka builds your site

The first version of your site is usually ready in 5–10 minutes. The whole time, you can see what Lepka is doing, and your site appears in the preview bit by bit.

  • Progress is shown in the chat: which sections are ready and which images have been drawn. Use Show progress and Hide progress to see more or less detail.
  • If Lepka comes up with the design, she sometimes starts with an idea: a “Design idea” card appears in the chat, describing in a few words what the site will be like, its colours and fonts. Lepka draws the photos for your site straight away, all in one style. At the end, she looks at the finished site on a computer and a phone and fixes anything that stands out: heading size, photos, spacing.
  • You can close the tab: if you don’t see the finished site, you’ll get an email with a screenshot and an “Open” button. And if you answer Yes, notify me to the question Get notified when it’s ready?, your browser will let you know when Lepka is done.
  • At the end, Lepka checks that your site opens without errors and fixes anything she finds.
  • The final message tells you what’s been done and what you need to replace with real information. Names, photos of people, reviews, prices, addresses and phone numbers that you didn’t provide are made up by Lepka as examples. Anything that only works for show (card payments on the site, “secret codes”, searches on another service that won’t load in the preview) is labelled by Lepka as “shown as an example”.
  • If a page or section disappears from your site after an edit you didn’t ask for, Lepka will mention it in the final message. Just click Revert: it’s free.
  • Below the reply, you’ll see buttons with ideas for next steps. Click one and Lepka will get to work on it straight away.
  • Below your first finished site, Lepka asks “How do you like your site?”. Answer with one click: Wow!, It’s OK or Not right. If you choose “Not right”, you can mark what exactly you didn’t like (colours, fonts, photos, block layout, text) and click Try another design. Your request will appear in the message box, ready to send. Your answers help us make Lepka’s designs better.
  • Below your first finished site, there’s also a tip: “This is the first version. From here, you refine your site by sending messages”. It explains how to change text, a specific spot and photos (more in “Edits in chat”). It disappears after your first request, or you can close it with the cross.
  • Sometimes Lepka goes quiet for a while. She’s thinking through the whole site before making edits, which can take a minute or more. The chat then shows “Still working…” and a timer: work is in progress, so there’s no need to stop it.
  • Stop interrupts Lepka’s work. Anything already done will be saved. If Lepka hasn’t changed anything on your site yet, no credits are charged for the stopped reply. If she has, you’re only charged for the work already done, and Lepka will tell you how much in the chat.
  • If you stop the first rework of a ready-made template for your business, Lepka will tell you what’s on your site now and how much has been charged. Some of the text, contact details and photos may still be from the template. Click Finish the site and Lepka will replace everything left over from the template. If credits have already been charged for the stopped reply, finishing the site is on Lepka.

Templates

Ready-made websites for different kinds of business are collected in the Website templates catalogue. Copying a template is free, and then you change it with your own words.

  1. Open Website templates (there's a link at the bottom of every page) and choose a section.
  2. Open a template. You can scroll through the screenshots to see how the site looks on a computer and on a phone. Below them, you'll see what's inside the template: the pages, the sections of the home page in order and what works on the site (lead form, bookings, shopping basket, map), plus answers to common questions about it.
  3. Click Use template, and Lepka will copy the site to your account.
  4. Tell Lepka about your business in the chat: name, services, prices, contact details. Send your own photos, and Lepka will replace everything itself.

You can also choose a template when you create a project: on the design card, pick the Ready-made template option. The companies and reviews in templates are made up, and Lepka will replace them with your details.

Making edits in the chat

Make any change by describing it in the chat: “make the booking button stand out more”, “add a pricing section”, “change the phone number to +7 (999) 123-45-67”.

  • Be specific: say what to change and where. One or two tasks at a time is quicker and more accurate.
  • You can also use your voice. Just tap the microphone button.
  • To add a photo, logo, screenshot or document, use the button with the picture icon Attach a photo or file next to the message box. You can also drag a photo straight onto the right spot in the preview.
  • If you attach a scanned PDF (an award, diploma or certificate), Lepka adds its pages as photos, and you can put them on your site. If the scan is longer than four pages, only the first page becomes a photo. The whole PDF is still attached, so you can put it on your site as a download.
  • If you ask Lepka to add your own photos or document scans but don't attach the files, Lepka will ask you to attach them and won't change anything. You aren't charged any credits for that reply.
  • A question (“how do I…”, “where is…”, “can I…”) isn't a request to change your site. Lepka will simply answer it.
  • If your request is general, like “add more features” or “make it better”, Lepka will first show a card with a few specific options and a rough price for each. Tick the ones you want and send. Your site doesn't change in this reply, and the card costs no credits.
  • If Lepka suggests something and you want it done, just reply “yes” or “go ahead”.
  • If you write “add text to box 3” but don't include the text itself, Lepka will ask you to send it and will paste it in word for word. You aren't charged any credits for that reply. If you'd like Lepka to write the text, tap Write the text yourself.
  • After an edit, Lepka briefly tells you what changed in one to three lines. You only get a description of the whole site after the first build (and after the first rework of a template).
  • If something breaks or doesn't work as it should, describe what you see or write “fix errors”. To undo an edit you don't like, tap Revert under Lepka's reply or use the History tab.

Editing a specific spot

  1. Tap Select an element in the preview. It's the button next to the message box.
  2. In the preview, click on what you want to change: a heading, button, image or section.
  3. Describe what to do with it and send. You can also fix the text yourself: tap Edit next to the element's name, change the words and tap Save (or press Enter). This kind of edit is free and shows up on your site straight away. If a simple swap won't work, Lepka will change the text for you.

Discuss mode

In Discuss mode, Lepka answers questions, gives advice, looks for the cause of errors and draws up a plan, but doesn't change anything on your site. When you're happy with the plan, tap Implement plan.

Instructions for Lepka

These are permanent rules for your project: about your business, your style, the tone of your text and anything that mustn't be touched. Lepka follows them in every reply.

  1. Tap your project's name in the top left.
  2. Choose Instructions for Lepka.
  3. Write your rules, for example: “Zerno coffee shop, 15 Baumana St, Kazan”, “Warm style, no English loanwords”, “Don't touch the reviews section”. Tap Save.

Preview

On the right is your website, live. It updates by itself while Lepka is working, and you can click its links and buttons just like on a real website.

  • The buttons above the preview show your site on a computer, tablet and phone screen.
  • Open on phone shows a QR code. Point your phone's camera at it, and the preview will open on your phone.
  • Open in new tab opens the preview full screen.
  • Refresh, the “Back” and “Forward” arrows and the address bar work just like in a normal browser.
  • “Loading site…” means the preview is starting. For now you see a snapshot of the latest version of your site, and in a few seconds it will come to life.
  • “Building site…” means Lepka is still finishing the files. The preview will update by itself.

On a phone, the chat and the site open one at a time: the Chat tab is your conversation with Lepka, Preview is the site, and Requests shows the requests that come from it. The other sections (analytics, data, photos, version history and site code) are under the three-dots button next to them. You can see how many credits you have left at the top, next to the publish button.

Until your site is published, it's a draft and only you can see it.

The first time you open the editor, Lepka will give you a quick tour of where everything is: the chat, the preview and the publish button.

Publishing

To make your site visible to everyone, click Publish in the top right. Your site will open at an address like name.lepka.cloud. You can send this link to customers and share it anywhere.

  1. Click Publish in the top right. This works on your phone too.
  2. Check the address. You can change the site name in the Site subdomain field: 3–40 characters, using Latin letters, numbers and hyphens.
  3. Click Publish in the window. Done! You can Copy link, Open site or show a QR code.

Before publishing, check your text, prices and contact details: the site owner is responsible for the information on the site.

When you make new edits, your live site doesn't update on its own. When your edits are ready, click Update site in the top right (a dot will appear on the button), then click Refresh in the window.

  • While Lepka is working, you can click Publish when done. Your site will update on its own if everything builds without errors. Changed your mind? Click Don’t publish when done.
  • Unpublish takes your site offline. The project stays with you, and you can publish it again.
  • The This is a draft banner above the preview reminds you that the site isn't published yet. Changes aren’t live yet means the live site is still showing the previous version.
  • If an error comes up while publishing, click Ask Lepka to fix. Lepka will fix the site, and you can then publish it again.
  • Lepka makes sites search-engine friendly, with page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Google and Bing usually find a new site within a few days to a few weeks.
  • A small "Made with Lepka" badge appears in the bottom right corner of your published site. On paid plans, you can turn it off (see the Projects section).

Custom domain

Your site can open at your own address, for example mysite.com. HTTPS is set up automatically. On the Free plan, one custom domain costs €5 a month. Pro includes up to 3 domains, and Business up to 10.

To open the domain window: Publish → the "Custom domain" link at the bottom of the window. On the Pro and Business plans, if your published site doesn't have a custom domain yet, you'll see a "Connect your custom domain" tip above the preview with a Connect domain button. It opens the same window.

If you already have a domain

  1. On the Free plan, first click Connect for €5/mo or switch to the Pro plan.
  2. On the I have a domain tab, enter your domain and click Connect.
  3. Go to your domain registrar (for example, Namecheap, Porkbun, Cloudflare or a registrar in your country). In the DNS settings, add A records for "@" and "www" with Lepka's IP address: 103.13.211.147 (the domain window shows it too). Delete any other A records for "@" and "www", and any AAAA records (IPv6) as well. The address of another hosting provider or an IP from old settings won't work: your site only opens with Lepka's address.
  4. Lepka checks the settings for you. When the status changes to Active, your site opens at your address. This usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.

The Waiting for DNS setup status means the records aren't visible yet. No longer points to Lepka means something has been changed at the registrar. If your site isn't published yet, publish it first.

If you don't have a domain yet

Buy a domain from any registrar, such as Namecheap, Porkbun or Cloudflare. You buy and pay for it on their website, and the domain is registered in your name. Then connect it as described above.

Disconnect domain: your site will stop opening at this address but will stay available at lepka.cloud.

Requests from your website

Forms on your website, such as requests, bookings, quizzes and callback requests, work straight away. Every request goes to your email and to the Requests tab in the editor.

In the Requests tab:

  • a list of requests with search and the filters All, New, Closed;
  • the statuses New, In progress, Closed, Spam;
  • a note for each request, plus the Call and Message buttons;
  • Delete request and Export to Excel.

Request emails

  • The Email me about every request switch turns emails on and off.
  • Send requests to: by default, this is your account email. You can add up to five addresses, for example your client's or your manager's email. Each address will get an email with a link, and once it's confirmed, it will start receiving requests. You can remove your account email once another address has been confirmed.
  • You can also add a recipient by asking in the chat: "send requests to anna@example.com". Lepka will add the address and send it a confirmation email. Write the email address in full and without mistakes. If the address looks wrong, Lepka will ask you to check it.
  • The email subject is "New request from your website 'project name'". To change it, rename your project.
  • The same addresses also get emails about new bookings and paid orders from Lepka Cloud.

When you're in the editor, a New request from your website pop-up will also let you know about a new request. It shows which addresses the email was sent to. Your own test requests show up the same way if you fill in the form yourself in the preview.

Requests go to your email and to the Requests tab. On the Pro and Business plans, you can also get them in Telegram, by text message or in your CRM by connecting a service (see Integrations). WhatsApp notifications aren't available yet.

AI assistant on your website

The AI assistant answers your website visitors around the clock, using your prices, rules and terms, and books them into free slots in your calendar. You turn it on in the Assistant tab with one button, and there's no need to rebuild your site. It works on all plans and is paid for with credits.

How to set it up:

  1. Open the Assistant tab (on a phone, it's in the "…" menu at the top). It's split into steps: Setup → Knowledge → Record → Conversations. On the first step, click Fill in from site. Lepka will read your site and fill in the greeting, suggestion buttons, company details, contacts, services and opening hours. Check everything and save.
  2. On the Knowledge step, click Upload file or Add text to add your price list, rules, contract and FAQs. You can use PDF (including scans), Word, Excel, TXT and CSV. The assistant already knows your site's pages and rereads them after every publish.
  3. If you want the assistant to book clients, turn on booking on the Record step. Add your services with their length and price, your specialists, your working hours and your booking rules.
  4. Test the assistant in the window on the right. It will answer you exactly as it would a visitor. To see how it looks on your site, use the View in site preview button.
  5. Click Turn on assistant at the top of the tab. A chat button will appear in the corner of your published site.

The assistant only answers using your company details, your site and your knowledge base. It doesn't make up anything that isn't there. Instead, it offers to take the visitor's phone number, and you receive a request. It checks prices in its answers against your company details. It politely declines unrelated requests that have nothing to do with your company.

Booking and calendars

When a visitor says they want to book, the assistant shows the free times as buttons. The visitor picks a time and leaves their name and phone number, and the booking is done. It reaches you as a request, both by email and in the Requests tab, and goes into the specialist's calendar. The assistant never offers times that are already taken, whether they're existing bookings or busy in the calendar.

You connect a calendar for each specialist with the Connect calendar button:

  • iCloud: your login and an app-specific password (not your usual password). Lepka sees busy times and adds bookings to the calendar itself.
  • Google Calendar: the "Secret address in iCal format" from your calendar settings. Lepka sees busy times, and the specialist gets each booking as an email invitation that adds itself to the calendar.
  • Any other calendar: via a CalDAV address or an .ics link.

Without a calendar, the assistant books based on your working hours and the bookings it has already made. Upcoming bookings are shown in the Record tab, and you can cancel them there too.

How much it costs

The assistant is paid for with credits from your balance, at the cost price of each answer, just like Lepka's own work. That's usually a fraction of a credit per answer. You can see roughly how much an answer costs and how much has been spent today in the Assistant tab. That's also where you set a daily credit limit and a daily limit on answers per visitor. The visitor limit is 20 by default, so that one person can't use up all your credits.

If the limit is reached or you run out of credits, the assistant stops answering. Visitors see a "Leave your phone number" form, and you get an email. A visitor who has already had as many answers today as you allow also sees this form until the next day. When you have fewer credits left than the assistant needs for a day's work, Lepka warns you by email in advance. Top up your balance and the assistant starts working again straight away.

You'll find visitors' conversations with the assistant in the Conversations tab. See what people are asking, and add anything the assistant didn't know to Knowledge.

Lepka Cloud: apps with a database

If your website needs to store data, such as appointment bookings, orders, deals, a catalogue you edit yourself or personal accounts, Lepka connects Lepka Cloud. It provides a database on servers in the EU, user log-in with a code sent by email, and file storage. You don't need to set anything up. Just describe what you need, for example: "Make an online booking system where clients choose a specialist, plus an admin area with a list of bookings".

The Data tab in the editor:

  • Records: your app's data. You can view, edit and delete it.
  • Users: who logs in to the app. Here you manage invitations, administrators and blocking. As the project owner, you are always an administrator.
  • Emails: emails to customers about their bookings and orders, such as a confirmation, a reminder before the visit and an email when the status changes. Click Turn on customer emails, and Lepka will set them up for you. To change the wording, use the Edit email text button.
  • Card payments on the website aren't available yet. Orders and bookings reach you as leads, and you arrange payment with the customer yourself. If you already have a payment link (Stripe, PayPal), Lepka can add it to your website as a button.

You decide who can see and change what by simply saying it, for example: "only administrators can see bookings" or "each customer sees only their own orders". People log in to the app with a code sent by email or, if you ask, with an email and password.

Lepka Cloud limits:

FreeProBusiness
Records per project1,00050,000500,000
App users per project1002,00020,000
File storage100 MB per project, 300 MB in total2 GB20 GB
Emails to customers per project per month1002,00010,000

On any plan, people can upload files to Lepka Cloud through your website. Images and documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, ZIP and others) can be up to 10 MB each, music (MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, FLAC) up to 30 MB, and video (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to 50 MB. Lepka automatically converts videos to a format that plays in all browsers and creates a cover image. HEIC photos, programs and scripts aren't accepted.

You can see how much storage is used under the Data tab → Files. There you can also open or delete a file and Download all as a single archive. The Get more storage button takes you to the plans.

Your subscription may end because you cancelled it, didn't renew it or declined after the free trial week. In that case, your file storage drops to the Free plan limit. If you have more files than that, Lepka will email you straight away, and again 14, 7 and 1 day before the deadline. 30 days after your subscription ends, the extra files will be deleted, and which ones is chosen at random. Until then, you can download them or renew your subscription.

Lepka Cloud doesn't send newsletters or promotional emails, only emails to customers about their own bookings and orders.

Integrations

On the Pro and Business plans, your website can work with other services through their API: send leads and orders to Telegram, send emails through your email service (for example, Resend), pass leads to a CRM, send text messages (SMS) and reply to visitors using AI. You don't need any ready-made setups, because Lepka will figure out the service on its own.

  1. Write what you need in the chat, for example, "send my leads to my Telegram".
  2. Lepka will tell you where to sign up and where to get the key, and will show a secure field in the chat.
  3. Paste the key and click Save key. Lepka will set up the website for you.

The key never ends up in the chat or in the website code: it is stored encrypted and is only ever sent to the address of the service you saved it for. Don't send keys as a normal message. If you paste a key into the message field, Lepka won't send it and will offer to save it in the secure field instead.

You can view and delete keys in the Data → Integrations tab, where you can also see how many requests there were this month and whether there were any errors. You can also do this on your account page in the "Integrations" section (for all projects at once).

Requests to services per month: up to 10,000 on Pro and up to 100,000 on Business. Integrations aren't available on the Free plan. If your subscription ends, integrations will be paused, but your keys will be kept. Renew your subscription and everything will work again. The website owner is responsible for choosing the services and for their terms and payment.

Analytics and site health

The Analytics tab shows how many people visit your published website and where they come from. It also suggests what to improve.

  • Site health: what's worth improving to get more leads. Ask Lepka to do it adds the task to the chat. Check it and send it. Credits are only used once you send it.
  • Traffic for 7, 30 or 90 days: visitors, page views, leads and the lead conversion rate.
  • Where visitors come from: search, social media and messaging apps, links from other websites, direct visits and bookmarks, and ads.
  • Popular pages and loading speed on mobile phones.

Analytics works without cookies or third-party trackers, so your visitors don't need a consent banner. Each visitor is counted once per day, and your own visits are counted too. Data appears once your website is published.

Photos, images and music

Lepka draws images for your website herself and adds your photos to it. All the project's images are in the Photos tab. For videos, see the section "Videos on your website".

  • The Photos tab is split into Uploaded by you, Created by Lepka and In the project. You can drag new photos here or straight onto the right spot in the preview. Add to chat asks Lepka to put a photo on your website, and Delete removes it from the project.
  • While you're using your welcome credits, Lepka draws up to 3 photos for your website and designs the rest without photos, using gradients, icons and patterns. Need more photos? Just ask.
  • Lepka doesn't edit photos: she won't change the clothes, the background or the people in a picture. But she can put your photo on your website or draw a new image.
  • Music and sound: attach a track in the chat (MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC or OGG, up to 15 MB) and Lepka will add it to your website with a play button. Lepka can't find or download songs herself.

Video on your website

There are two ways to add a video to your website: with a YouTube link, on any plan, or as a file, on the Pro and Business plans.

  • With a link — the easiest way. Upload your video to YouTube, copy the link and send it in the chat: "Add the video at this link to the 'Our work' section …". Lepka will add a player, for regular videos and vertical ones too. The video doesn't take up space in your project and loads quickly for visitors.
  • As a file — on the Pro and Business plans. Attach the video with the button with the picture icon Attach a photo or file: MP4, WebM or MOV (videos from an iPhone work fine), up to 50 MB per video and no more than 300 MB of video per project. Lepka will prepare the video so it plays in all browsers, create a cover image and add the video with a play button. For large or long videos, a link works better.
  • On the Free plan, instead of uploading, Lepka will show you how to add a video with a link and suggest switching to Pro.
  • Your project's videos appear in the Photos tab. You can delete them there to free up space.

Version history

Every change is saved as a separate version: all of them, right from the start of the project. You can go back to any version right in the chat or in the History tab.

  • Under Lepka's latest reply, Revert undoes the changes from that reply.
  • Under each earlier reply, Go back to this step makes your site exactly as it was after that reply. On a computer, the buttons appear when you hover your mouse over a reply. On a phone, you can see them straight away.
  • The History tab shows every version with a snapshot. Current is the version in the editor right now, and Published is the one that's live on the internet. Restore takes the project back to the version you've chosen. On a phone, you'll find the tab under the button with three dots.
  • Changed your mind? Click Bring it back in the pop-up message. Going back is itself saved as a new version, so nothing is lost.
  • You can also just write in the chat: "put it back how it was" or "go back to the version before we added the logo". Lepka will find the right version and restore it. A reply like this costs the same as a normal short one, and using the buttons is free.
  • Going back changes the project in the editor. To update your live site too, publish it again.
  • Leads and Lepka Cloud records don't change when you go back, because that's your visitors' data.
  • Versions made with credits from the Pro free trial are locked after you cancel the trial until you pay for a plan (see the section "Pro free for a week").

Copy from any step

Want to try out edits without risking what you already have? Make a copy: click Copy from this step under Lepka's reply, or Copy next to a version in the History tab. To copy the project as it is right now, use Make a copy in the project menu.

  • A copy is a separate project in My projects, with a name like "Name — variant from 13.10, 15:40". The original project stays as it is, and the copy has its own chat and its own version history.
  • The copy includes the website as it was at that step, your contact details and other website data, Instructions for Lepka, and public Lepka Cloud records: your catalogue, services and everything visitors can see.
  • The copy doesn't include leads, orders, client bookings, app users, integration keys or order payments. These stay in the original project.
  • The copy isn't published. If you publish it, it will have its own address. The original project's live website won't change.
  • If you like the variant, keep working in the copy and archive the original project. If you don't, delete the copy.

Projects: menu, settings, copies and deleting

All your projects are on the My projects page. To manage a project, open its menu: click the project name in the top left of the editor.

The project menu:

  • All projects: go back to the list;
  • Rename: the project name (it also appears in the subject line of emails about leads);
  • Instructions for Lepka: permanent rules for the project (see “Edits in chat”);
  • Project settings: see below;
  • Make a copy: a copy of the project as it is now, so you can try another version without touching the main one (to copy from any step, see “Copy from any step”);
  • Delete project: the project moves to the archive.

Project settings

  • Show in the “Made with Lepka” gallery: a snapshot of your site and a link to it on the Lepka home page and in the gallery of work. Draft edits aren't shown.
  • “Made with Lepka” badge on your site: on paid plans, you can turn it off.
  • Export your site’s code: the source code for a developer (see “Site code”).

Archive and deleting

Move to archive moves the project to the Archive on the My projects page. An archived project's site doesn't open, but the address and domain stay yours. You can bring a project back from the archive with the Restore button.

On the Free plan, you can have up to 3 active projects. The archive doesn't count: move a project you don't need to the archive, and you can start a new one, use a template or make a copy. You can also restore a project from the archive if there's room for it. On Pro and Business, you can have as many projects as you like.

Forever → Delete forever deletes the project, its version history, files, leads and Lepka Cloud data permanently. The site address and domain become free.

To find a project by name, use the Find a project box.

Site code and archive for developers

Lepka writes real code: React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. You can view it in the editor, and you can download an archive for use elsewhere for a fee, in the project settings.

The code, text and images that Lepka has created for your project belong to you: you can use, change and publish them however you like.

View and edit the code

Click the For developers icon to the right of the tabs → Open code. You can edit files by hand, and your changes save automatically. You can't change the platform's system files (Platform file), and while Lepka is working, the code is read-only.

Download the archive

You don't need to download anything for your site to work online: just publish it. You need the archive if you want to give the code to a developer and work on it outside Lepka.

  1. Project menu → Project settings → Export your site’s code → Download.
  2. Lepka will show you the price. It depends on how much AI work has gone into the project: from €5 to €19.80.
  3. Pay on the bank's page, and the archive will download automatically.

Once you've paid, you can download the archive as many times as you like (Download archive). If Lepka later does new work on the site, next time you download you only pay for that new work: the difference between the new archive price and what you've already paid (Pay extra). In total, you never pay more than €19.80 for one project's archive; after that, it downloads for free. Inside, there are instructions for the developer on how to run the site. Forms, Requests and Lepka Cloud only work on Lepka. You can get a refund for an archive payment or an extra payment as long as you haven't downloaded the archive since making it.

Credits

Credits are how you pay for Lepka's work. A whole website usually costs 8–25 credits, and a small edit costs 1–3. You can see your balance in the top right corner; click it to open Plans & billing.

There are four kinds of credits, and they are used in this order:

  1. Welcome credits: 20 credits when you sign up, given once. These are used first.
  2. Free daily credits: 24 hours after you last spent credits, 10 credits are added to your balance, but no more than 20 a month (no more than 30 if you signed up before 9 October 2026). Any leftover credits don't expire: new ones are added to them. If you haven't spent any, you won't get new ones. You can see when the next ones will arrive in Plans & billing and in the balance menu. Lepka emails you when they're added (between 8 am and midnight Central European Time; overnight emails arrive in the morning). They are given on the Free plan. On Pro and Business, including during the free trial week, you don't get them; you get your plan's credits instead (subscriptions started before 9 October 2026 work as before).
  3. Plan credits: 50 a month on Pro and 150 on Business. They are refreshed when your plan renews and don't carry over to the next month.
  4. Credit packs you've bought: these don't expire and carry over from month to month.

How spending works:

  • The amount charged depends on how much work is done. For details, see Credit usage on the Plans & billing page.
  • Lepka makes sure the first build, and the first time a ready-made template is adapted to your business, doesn't use up your whole balance, so you'll have credits left for edits.
  • You can ask right in the chat how many credits you've spent on a project and how many you have left ("how much have I spent so far?"). Lepka will reply with the numbers.
  • Answers to questions about payments, plans, subscriptions and credits are free: no credits are charged for them, and you can ask these questions even with no credits.
  • If Lepka is only checking what you'd like done, with a card of questions or options, no credits are charged for that reply.
  • Any other reply that doesn't change your site (a question, a tip, "how do I…") costs no more than 1 credit.
  • If you click Stop and the site hasn't changed yet, no credits are charged for that reply. If you stopped the first adaptation of a template and the credits for it have already been charged, Finish the site is free.
  • If there's an error left in the code that Lepka couldn't fix, Lepka will tell you so. Click Fix errors: this fix is free. If Lepka has already fixed its own error at its own expense and the error is still showing in the preview, the next "Fix" under it is free too.
  • If you just say something nice or say thank you without asking for anything ("great", "thanks!", 👍), Lepka will reply in words, your site won't change, and no credits will be charged.
  • If one of Lepka's replies costs more than you have left, your balance goes slightly into the negative, by no more than 2 credits. The negative amount is paid off first: from your next free credits or from credits you buy.
  • Economy mode uses fewer credits (see "New project").
  • The Ask Lepka to do it button in the Analytics tab and the Turn on customer emails button in the Data tab only put a task into the chat; credits are spent when you send it. The idea buttons under Lepka's replies, however, send the task straight away.

If you're out of credits

Your message won't be lost. What the "You're out of credits" card offers depends on your plan:

  • on the Free plan: Upgrade to Pro (if you haven't had the free Pro trial week yet, that comes first) and two packs without a subscription, for 50 and 150 credits;
  • on Pro and Business: two packs, for 50 and 150 credits; credits you buy don't expire.

A pack button opens the payment for that pack straight away, so you don't need to choose on the Plans & billing page. All packs are also there, in the "Credit packs" section. After you pay, Lepka will carry on from where it stopped. Or you can wait for your free credits: they arrive 24 hours after you last spent credits, and Lepka will show the exact time in the "You're out of credits" card. If you run out of credits during the free Pro trial week, you can pay for the plan straight away and get another 50 credits (see "A free week of Pro").

Plans and credit packs

You can use Lepka for free, and for more active work there are the Pro and Business plans and credit packs. You'll find them all on the Plans & billing page.

Lepka Cloud limits for each plan are in the "Lepka Cloud" section.

How to get a plan

  1. Open Plans & billing (from the account menu or the balance in the top right).
  2. Click the button next to the plan you want, or Try free for 7 days under Pro.
  3. Fill in the form: cardholder's name, phone number and the email for notifications. Check the terms, tick the consent box and go to the bank's page.
  4. Once you've paid, the plan is activated straight away and you'll return to where you started.

Your plan renews automatically every month from the day you paid. You'll get a reminder the day before each payment and an email once the payment has gone through. You can switch to another plan at any time. The new month starts from the day you pay, and any credits left over from your previous plan are kept.

Credit packs

Packs are one-off purchases and never expire. The bigger the pack, the cheaper each credit.

20 credits€5€0.25
50 credits€9.90€0.20
150 credits€29€0.19
500 credits€89€0.18

Try Pro free for a week

You can try the Pro plan free for 7 days. You get every feature and 20 credits straight away, and you only pay if you don't cancel. Once you've paid, you get 50 plan credits a month.

  1. On the Plans & billing page, click Try free for 7 days.
  2. Fill in the form and add your card on your bank's page. To check the card, your bank will take €0 and give it back straight away.
  3. The Pro plan starts straight away.

What happens next:

  • You'll get a reminder the day before your first payment.
  • After 7 days, €9.90 will be taken from your card. Your plan carries on, and 50 plan credits are added to your balance. Your month starts on the day you pay, so the trial week really is free.
  • You can only have one free trial per account and per card.
  • During the free trial, if a project was changed using trial credits, you can only copy it from a step before the trial. You can copy it from later steps once you've paid.

Pay for Pro now, without waiting for the trial to end

If your trial credits run out early, you can pay for the plan straight away. On the Plans & billing page, click Pay now and get 50 more credits. You can also use the same button on the "You're out of credits" card in the editor. Tick the box to agree, then click Pay €9.90. The money is taken from the card you used for the trial, so you don't need to go to your bank's page.

  • 50 credits are added to your remaining credits straight away, and your plan month starts on the day you pay. If a message didn't go through because you didn't have enough credits, Lepka will send it for you.
  • This ends your free trial. Everything you made during it stays yours for good. Nothing will be rolled back, even if you cancel your subscription later.
  • You won't be charged at the end of the trial. Your next payment is one month after you pay.
  • If your bank doesn't accept the payment from this card, Lepka will take you straight to your bank's usual payment page.

If you cancel

You can cancel at any time: Plans & billing → Cancel subscription. No money will be taken. But your free trial ends straight away, and you lose the plan and any trial credits you have left.

Sites changed using trial credits will go back to their last working version from before the trial. This includes published sites. If a site was published for the first time during the trial, it will be unpublished. Versions made during the trial are kept but locked. To get them back, pay for Pro and click Restore your site from the trial in the project chat.

Everything is also rolled back in two other cases. One is when the trial ends and the payment never goes through (Stripe tries several times). The other is when there's no card linked to the subscription. Lepka will email you to say which sites went back to their version from before the trial and what happened to their publishing.

Payment, cancelling your subscription and refunds

You pay in euros on a Stripe page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices include VAT. You can cancel your subscription in one click, and you can get a refund through support.

Payments and receipts

  • You pay on a secure Stripe page. Lepka never receives or stores your card details.
  • Your invoices are in your Stripe account: on the Plans & billing page, click Card & invoices. You can also change your card, your billing details and your VAT number there.
  • All your payments are in the Payment history section on the Plans & billing page. You'll also find Subscription agreements there, with the text of each agreement.
  • If we can't take your renewal payment, Lepka will try again within the next few days and tell you the date. Please check your card.

Cancel your subscription

  • At the bottom of every page and in every payment email, you'll find Cancel subscription here. Choose the subscription, enter your name and click Cancel now. You don't need to log in. If you're not logged in, enter your account email. We'll email you a confirmation with the date and time.
  • Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, and the month you've paid for keeps running until it ends. To turn renewal back on, use the Turn on auto-renew button.
  • You cancel your Custom domain subscription in the same place, separately.
  • Cancelling during the free trial works differently. See “A free week of Pro”.

Withdraw from the contract within 14 days

If you buy as a private individual, you can withdraw from a paid service within 14 days without giving a reason. At the bottom of every page, you'll find Withdraw from contract here. Choose the purchase, enter your name and click Confirm withdrawal. We'll email you a confirmation with the text of your request, the date and the time. We'll refund you within 14 days, minus what you've already received. For a credit pack, that's the credits you've used. For a subscription, it's the days that have passed or the credits you've used that month, whichever is more. Once you've started downloading a code export, it can't be refunded. Full details: “Withdrawal and refunds”.

Get a refund

A short summary of our refund terms:

  • for a credit pack: the value of your unused credits, in proportion to the price;
  • for a subscription you're not using: the value of your unused credits for the current month;
  • for a code export: in full, if you haven't downloaded it yet;
  • for mistaken or duplicate payments: in full.

Contact us via “Contact & support” or at info@lepka.ai from your account email. We'll reply within 3 working days. You'll get your money back to the same card or account within 14 days. Free credits have no cash value and can't be refunded.

Emails from Lepka

Lepka only emails you when it's needed for things to work: login codes, payments, a finished website and leads. You can turn off emails with tips.

You'll always get:

  • your login code;
  • a "your website is ready" email, if Lepka has finished and you haven't seen it;
  • a reminder that Lepka is waiting for your answer to a question: after 15 minutes and, if the project still hasn't started, after a day;
  • leads from your websites, bookings and paid orders from Lepka Cloud;
  • payments, a reminder the day before your subscription payment, an email when you're charged, and the start and end of your free trial.

You can turn these off using Reminders and ideas for my websites on the Account & login security page, or with the link in the email itself:

  • a reminder to publish your finished website;
  • ideas for improving your published website;
  • a reminder about free credits, once they've been added;
  • if you haven't visited for a while: after 4 days, a reminder about your website and an idea for something to add; after 10 days, a gift of 5 credits if you visit Lepka by the date in the email (the credits are added automatically when you log in and won't expire); after 30 days, what's new in Lepka.

The publish reminder and ideas come in a single email about your most recent website, even if you have several. Each comes no more than once a week, and both together no more than once a day. Emails don't arrive all at once: these wait a couple of hours after any other email from Lepka.

Emails for people who haven't visited for a while are about the website you worked on last. You'll get no more than three, no more than once every 6 days, and no sooner than 3 days after any other email from Lepka. They arrive during the day, between 8:00 and 22:00 your time. Once you visit Lepka, they stop.

Rules and site blocking

You can't host websites on Lepka that break the law or the rules in our Terms of Service. The Lepka team unpublishes and blocks sites like these.

Websites are not allowed if they:

  • pretend to be a bank, government body, payment system or any other organisation;
  • collect card details, passwords, text message codes or passport details under false pretences;
  • spread malware, spam or scam offers;
  • contain content banned under EU law or the law of your country;
  • infringe copyright, trademark rights or other people's personal data.

Lepka will only refuse to build or publish obvious fakes used to steal money and accounts: copies of other people's login or payment pages (banks, government services, marketplaces, social networks, games), fake receipts and "transfer complete" screens, and "generators" and "free giveaways" of Robux, V-Bucks and skins. The AI decides this based on the meaning of your whole request, not on individual words. You won't be charged any credits for that reply. Lepka builds games, bots and shops that handle money as usual: selling coins and in-game currency, balances and top-ups, loot boxes paid for with in-game coins, promo codes and bonuses.

In clear-cut cases (phishing, malware, scams), the site is blocked straight away. In all other cases, Lepka tells you about the problem and gives you time to fix it.

  • A blocked site shows a "Site blocked" page at all its addresses, and you can't publish it. You'll see the reason in the Publish window.
  • If you think it's a mistake, email info@lepka.ai.
  • If you spot a site made with Lepka that breaks the rules, click Report a site at the bottom of any Lepka page.

Websites Lepka doesn't build

You can't build or publish websites in Lepka on topics banned by EU law (clause 6 of the terms of service), whether it's "for practice", "just a test" or "a joke". Lepka may refuse to build such a site (no credits are taken if it does), and it may unpublish a site that's already live and block the project.

  • drugs, suicide and self-harm, drawing children into dangerous activities, sexual material involving minors;
  • gambling and betting for money, pyramid schemes, unlicensed financial services;
  • terrorism, extremism and hate speech, Nazi symbols;
  • pornography and sexual services, intimate images of people shared without their consent;
  • fake documents, digging up people's personal data and spying on people, money laundering, hacking and viruses;
  • snus, human and organ trafficking, animals and plants protected under CITES, piracy.

Some goods can't be sold through a website: tobacco and vapes, prescription medicines, weapons and ammunition. For these, Lepka builds an information site with your address, opening hours, prices as text and an "18+" label. It won't have a basket, ordering, delivery or photos of the products themselves. Lepka doesn't set up cryptocurrency payments on any site.

Lepka builds websites that help and warn people as usual: an addiction clinic, a helpline, a psychologist, a lawyer, a school project on the dangers of smoking, a museum, information security, a shooting range or hunting club, a bar or restaurant. If you think Lepka refused by mistake, email info@lepka.ai.

Data and security

You log in only with a code sent to your email. With two-factor protection on, you also need a code from an app (see “Login and account”).

  • Leads from your websites and Lepka Cloud data are stored on servers in the EU.
  • Your personal details for your site, such as phone number, email, address, names and business details, are processed in line with data protection law. Just type them in the chat, and they’ll appear on your site. To view and change your details, go to the Data → Personal data tab, or just ask in the chat: “change the phone number to …”. Your published site will show the new details after you click Update site.
  • You, as the site owner (the controller under GDPR), are responsible for your site visitors’ data. Lepka stores and processes it on your behalf under the data processing agreement. Under each form there’s a line about the site’s privacy policy, so no consent tick box is needed for leads. If you don’t have a privacy policy, Lepka will create a draft page, and you’ll just need to fill in your details.
  • If you’re moving to another provider, email info@lepka.ai. We’ll export everything free of charge: the code of each project (a file archive), Lepka Cloud records (JSON), its users, files, leads (CSV), settings and the AI assistant’s knowledge base. The export takes up to 30 days, and you then have another 30 days to download it.
  • Card details for payments are entered only on the bank’s page.
  • Don’t send other services’ secret keys in the chat, such as an API key, a bot token, a CRM webhook or a password. All site visitors can see your site code, so Lepka doesn’t put keys like these on your site. Lepka can’t yet connect services that need a secret key. If you’ve already sent a key, replace it in that service. Widgets and embed codes (maps, videos, live chats, visitor counters) work without secrets: just ask Lepka and name the service.
  • You can read how Lepka handles your data in our privacy policy. To see, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, email info@lepka.ai.

If something isn't working

Most problems can be solved with a single chat message or the History tab.

  • The preview won't open or the site looks broken. Tell Lepka in the chat what you see, or type "fix errors". If things got worse after an edit, go to History → Restore.
  • The preview says "The preview needs refreshing". Click Refresh preview and Lepka will reopen the site. This can happen if the editor has been open for a very long time.
  • The preview reloaded on its own. This happens if the connection to the preview dropped for a second. Lepka reopens the site, and your edits are still there. It isn't a problem with your site, and you don't need to fix anything.
  • A draft opened separately (from a QR code or a saved link) says "This is a draft of the site". Draft links only work for a short time. Click Open in Lepka and the draft will open in the editor. To show your site to others, click Publish and send them the site address.
  • "Photo not found in this project – please attach it again". The photo was deleted from the project before your message was sent. Attach it again, and your message text will stay as it is.
  • Lepka says "I couldn't fix everything". Type "fix errors" and Lepka will try again.
  • Customers can't open your site. Most likely it hasn't been published yet, or you sent them the editor link, which only works for you. Click Publish and send the site address from the publishing window (Copy link).
  • Your changes don't show on the published site. Click Update site in the top right, then Refresh in the window.
  • Your site won't open on your custom domain. Open the domain window and check the status and DNS records (see Custom domain).
  • Your login code doesn't arrive. If there's a typo in your email address (for example, "gmail.coom"), Lepka will tell you straight away and suggest a similar address. Just click Fix. Click Didn't get the code? and Lepka will show you where to look for the email. Check your Spam and Promotions folders, click Resend, or log in with a different address using Use another email. If the code still doesn't arrive, email us at info@lepka.ai and we'll help you log in. If Lepka says the code email can't be sent right now, the email service is having problems. Try again in a few minutes. While this is happening, Lepka will warn you at the code step that the email may be delayed or end up in Spam.
  • Your payment didn't go through. You haven't been charged. Try again or use a different card.
  • You're out of credits. Your message will be saved. On the Free plan, upgrade to Pro or buy a pack of 50 or 150 credits. On Pro and Business, buy a credit pack. Clicking a pack takes you straight to payment. Lepka will then carry on by itself (see Credits).
  • Lepka changed the wrong thing. Undo the edit with the Undo changes button under the reply or in History. Then describe the task more precisely, or pick the element with the Select an element in the preview button.
  • You need a feature that isn't there. Ask in the chat. Lepka will tell you honestly what it can do right now and suggest an option.

Support

Lepka answers your questions about Lepka in the chat of any project, using this guide. For refunds, cancelling your subscription and payment questions, use the “Contact and support” form.

  • Form: choose a topic, either Get a refund, Cancel subscription, Payment question or Other. Then describe your question and enter the email address where you'd like our reply.
  • Email: info@lepka.ai.
  • If you ask us to cancel your subscription, we'll do it by the next day at the latest. We reply to refund questions within 3 working days.
  • You'll find the “Contact and support” link at the bottom of every page, in the subscription checkout window and in every email about your subscription.

Lepka doesn't have a chat with a real person. In your project chat, Lepka answers.
