Right of withdrawal and refunds

This page is part of our Terms of Service. The first part is the statutory information about the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU (a consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession). The second part is our own refund policy, which goes further and applies to everyone.

Information about the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MDMA RACINGTEAM OU, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 7-634, 10117, Estonia, email info@lepka.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://lepka.ai/withdraw ("Withdraw from contract here", also linked at the bottom of every page). If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

• Services (subscriptions, credit packs, the custom domain add-on): if you have expressly requested that we begin the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully provided — for a credit pack, when all of its credits have been used.
• Code archive (digital content): if you have expressly agreed that we begin supplying it during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal ends when the download begins.

We confirm your request and acknowledgement in the email that we send after your purchase.

How we calculate the amount for services already provided

• Credit pack: the share of the pack's credits that you have used, multiplied by the price of the pack.
• Subscription or custom domain add-on: the price of the current period, multiplied by the share of the period that has passed or, for a subscription, by the share of the period's credits that you have used, whichever is greater.

We refund the rest. If you subscribed with a free trial, the withdrawal period starts on the day you started the trial.

Our refund policy

This policy applies to everyone, including business customers, and in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. It does not limit your statutory rights.

• Credit packs. We refund unused credits of a pack in proportion to the price you paid. For example, if you bought 150 credits for €29 and used 30, we refund €23.20.
• Subscriptions. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. If a subscription has renewed and you do not want to use it, we refund the unused credits of the current month in proportion to the plan's price.
• Free trial. Stripe checks your card without charging it. If the trial has ended and the subscription price has been charged but you do not want to use it, the subscription rules above apply.
• Code archive. If you have paid for an archive (or for an update of it) and have not downloaded it yet, we refund this amount in full. Once the archive has been downloaded, the service has been provided and is not refunded.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
• Free credits have no monetary value and are not refunded.

How to withdraw or ask for a refund

• Withdrawal: use the online withdrawal function at https://lepka.ai/withdraw, the model form above, or any other clear statement sent to info@lepka.ai.
• Refund: write to info@lepka.ai from the email address of your account and tell us what you would like to have refunded.

We reply within 3 working days. We refund to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days at the latest; how long it takes for the money to arrive depends on your bank.
